School triathlon: There were some exceptional athletic performances across Years 3-6.

The Cheyne sisters, Amelia and Chloe, took out the Year 3 and 5 girls events with dominant displays.

The Spice kids, Rhydian and Jazmin, came second in the Year 4 boys and Year 6 girls events. Kerry O'Reilly held on to win the Year 6 boys race, Talitha McEwan led the Year 6 girls event from start to finish, and the Wyllie twins, Ashleigh and Cameron, won the Year 3/4 girls and boys aquathons.

Ripper Rugby:
Our seven teams continue to have good seasons in the BOPRU Papamoa Module on Tuesdays. Year 5/6 Blue have had two good wins, including 11-8 over Mount Primary this week. Three tries each to Micah Hill and Cooper Bell and the whole team defended well. Year 5/6 White also had a good win with a strong second half performance, bringing home 14-8 against St Thomas More.
