An Auckland man charged with armed robbery after another man was robbed of his Toyota Corolla remains behind bars.
Conrad Rewita, 30, faced charges of aggravated robbery, recklessly operating a motor vehicle thereby causing injury and driving with an excess breath alcohol causing bodily injury in Tauranga District Court today.
Police opposed bail and Rewita was remanded in custody by Judge Thomas Ingram over the weekend. He is due back in court on Monday.
