The new $10 million commercial development complex on the corner of Cameron Rd and 12th Ave is set to be fully up and running by August.

Verso Property Partners have managed the project and director Duarne Lankshear said there has been a large interest in that area from commercial businesses.

"What we've seen is there has been a shift for banks to open in and around this precinct." said Mr Lankshear.

The complex is the latest of commercial development projects in the Cameron Rd area.

Westpac Bank will establish their corporate and commercial offices to the ground floor of the complex, as well as a banking retail suit with a connecting cafe.

Mr Lankshear said there will be 800 square metres of office tenants located on the first floor.

There will also be retail services such as a beautician, hairdressers and a variety of food stores.

Mr Lanshear said a complex development like this shows local businesses are continuing to mature.
