3 What are some of the craziest things you've seen on the job?
"Countless incidents during a two-and-a-half year secondment to the highlands of Papua New Guinea - the level of violence, the belief in witchcraft, live poultry carried under passengers' arms on commercial flights, the use of World War II bombs to blow up bridges during disputes, coffee plantation payrolls being thrown from helicopters because of the risk of robbery if the helicopter lands, tribal wars spanning several years. But having said that, made some great friends amongst the locals."
