Joe Wicks is an online nutrition coach who is recognised solely on the strength of his content and not celebrity clientele.

It all started, he says, as a bit of fun at home in the kitchen. The plan was to share simple healthy recipes, via instagram, to encourage people to a better lifestyle.

All the meals were ready in 15 minutes and the videos were only 15 seconds long - thus Lean in 15. Within months he had hundreds of thousands of people from all over the world following him.

Fast forward two years and Joe has released a book of recipes and workouts. It was an instant success in the UK quickly became the biggest selling debut diet book ever.

Following is an extract from his book.

The more you work the meat, the better the burgers will hold together when cooked. Shape the meat into two equal patties.

Place the patties on your grill pan or a baking tray and grill the burgers for 5 minutes on each side or until they are totally cooked through. Check by slicing into one of the patties to make sure the meat is white all the way through, with no raw pink bits left.

Meanwhile, cut your burger buns in half. Mix together the yoghurt and chipotle paste and spread over the burger buns.

When your burgers are cooked, remove from the grill and build your dream burger, stacking it up with tomato and lettuce " the bigger, the better. - Serves 2
