Christchurch rockers Decades will release their debut album The Truth and Other People on July 14.

The announcement last week was accompanied by new single Get Me Home.

Frontwoman Emma Cameron said the song struck a chord with her. "I was in a period of my life where I felt trapped in the mediocre, unable to spread my wings, and so I foolishly dived into fake friendships and partying too hard to make myself feel alive and wanted. Eventually you realise you've just become another enabler for people to numb themselves to reality, and it was time to go home and face my own."

Decades will hit the road with Skinny Hobos, Dead Favours and Bakers Eddy, on the All Our Truths tour, playing Hamilton on July 14, Auckland on July 15, Wellington on July 22, Christchurch on July 28, and Dunedin on July 29.

The Vamps will bring their Middle of the Night tour to New Zealand this September.

Tickets for the all-ages September 23 gig at the Powerstation go on sale on June 15.

The band's new album Night & Day will be released in two parts, with Night coming out on July 14.

Bryson Tiller will perform his first New Zealand show at Auckland's Logan Campbell Centre on September 22.

The R&B star released his second album True to Self last month along with the single Something Tells Me.

The War on Drugs' fourth album A Deeper Understanding will be released on August 25.

It's the follow-up to the highly rated 2014 release Lost In The Dream, and features the single Holding On.

The band have already this year released the 11-minute Thinking of a Place.
