Time-out is bad if you are a child, but really good if you are a woman.

Bethlehem Baptist Church's Take Time Out to Breathe is a chance for women to indulge themselves in a care-free night of shopping, food, and entertainment. This year's Time Out event is on Friday, June 19, and focuses on how to discover those moments of rejuvenation which are so vital in our busy lives.

The popular gathering features a cast of actors and performers, taking participants through some of the frantic, well-worn tracks of busyness that everyone can relate to.

There will be a special performance by guest artist Petrina Thomas-Chisholm, who is well known in the Tauranga entertainment scene. She played the lead role of Sandy in Tauranga Musical Theatre's 2013 Production of Grease and is the Year 10 dean of drama at Otumoetai College.

Time-Out event manager Rachel Wood is excited about the evening. "Not only will our audience be treated to fantastic entertainment, but they will be inspired by cooking and craft demonstrations, as well as hearing some great tips on how to create breathing space in their busy lives. "There are also some amazing prizes up for grabs."
