You will want to play this album on repeat.

This is the sort of album I would play on repeat. It is full of tracks that are easy to listen to. The only problem is that it is simply too short, but it is an EP after all.

Truth Serum is the debut EP from Swedish pop singer and songwriter Tove Lo.

The six-track EP is full of promise though and leaves me wanting more.

The tone of her voice doesn't quite the same intensity as Ellie Goulding but there's something about it that draws you in.

New Zealand audiences might have heard of Tove Lo with her single Habits (stay high), which features on the EP, with the remixed version featuring Hippie Sabotage.

Tove Lo's song writing skills have been used, mainly in England, penning hit tracks for bands including Icona Pop, Girls Aloud, Lea Michele, Cher Lloyd and The Saturdays.

Her music has been described as indie pop, but it has wide appeal, it's good background music that isn't likely to offend. This compilation certainly leaves the best track until last, which is the Habits remix.
