1 tablespoon curry powder
1 cup plain yoghurt
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
600g skinned and boned chicken breasts
Couscous: 1 cups water
1 tablespoon oil
teaspoon five spice powder
pinch salt
1 cups couscous
In small frying pan over medium heat, stir the curry powder until fragrant and toasted, about 1 minute.
Combine with the yoghurt
