New Zespri director named

Jonathon Mason has been appointed as a new independent director to replace John Loughlin on the Zespri Board.

Mr Loughlin retired from the board on April 30, following 11 years of service. He was chairman of the board from August 2008 until November last year.

Mr Mason is currently Fonterra's chief financial officer, although he is due to stand down from that role this year.
