Childcare centres in Australia face major fines if children take part in religious activities including Christmas tree decoration or an Easter Egg hunt.
It's part of new regulations which take effect next year.
Childcare workers who make misbehaving children take some 'Time Out' on their own also face fines of $10,000 for failing to provide proper supervision.
On top of that the centres involved face $50,000 penalties.
