Concrete kills Australian driver

A man has died in hospital after a lump of concrete smashed through the windscreen of his car in Paddington, inner Sydney. The 53-year-old Perth man suffered facial and head injuries when the lump of concrete fell from a truck and hit his windscreen, police said. The man passed the truck as he drove through the Flinders St intersection.
