Arts in the Park is returning to Hawera.
South Taranaki's biggest arts and crafts market day will be held at King Edward Park on Saturday.
Organiser Jody Bloor said Arts in the Park was the perfect place to pick up some unique Christmas gifts.
"This is always such a well-supported event, the public love seeing what's on offer. It's great to be able to see the artworks being created and the variety of things available."
Ms Bloor said REACT (the Rangiwahia Environmental Arts Centre Trust) will be entertaining the kids with a 'Blooming Gorgeous' art project creating oversized flowers and plants.
"There's plenty to keep children entertained: face painting, pony rides, as well as a merry-go-round and bouncy castle," she said.
Performances will be held throughout the day on the entertainment stage. They include Glorybox & Friends with well-known local Celine Filbee.
"A wide variety of food stalls will be scattered throughout the park, or you could always pack a picnic for the family and enjoy the upbeat atmosphere of the day."
Arts in the Park will be held December 3, from 10am-3pm at King Edward Park, or the TSB Hub if the weather isn't fine.
