On to farming matters. Jeremy Rookes is dealing with lambing at the moment as his calving season has got off to a slow start with only one calf so far.
Jason Uden is about to visit a client but is currently standing on a hill enjoying the sunshine in the Waikato.
Finally the Js turn their attention to New Zealand's waterways. Uden saying the Farming Leaders Group have left it a bit too late to talk about cleaning our rivers - they need to take action. Meanwhile Rookes says the water tax is Labour's chance to steal the Green vote.
