Kobe Uhlenberg with dad Stephen at the Around Mount Taranaki Cycle Ride on Saturday. Stephen peddled the race as part of the Stratford Parents Centre BLM Feeds Cycle for a Smile riders who raised awareness and funds for Kobe who was born with Treachers Collins syndrome. The riders reported they were 'feeling pretty good' with spirits high on the day. 'Everything went smoothly, the time was just over seven hours. We had three complete the whole ride with a number of people doing three to four legs. It was a fantastic feeling crossing the finish line,' says co-organiser Megan Dimock. Some of the riders doubled back for them all to cross the finish line together.
