A victory parade will be held for Super Rugby champions the Hurricanes in Wellington on Tuesday.
"The Hurricanes are Super Rugby champions. Now it's time for Wellingtonians to celebrate the team's success - with a victory parade," a spokesman for the Wellington City Council said.
Wellington Mayor Celia Wade-Brown was exicted about the win.
"We are all so proud the Canes could raise the Super Rugby trophy on their home ground. Now it's time for everyone to get out and show them the love," she said.
The parade will leave Parliament on Tuesday at 12pm.
Players will travel in open-topped vehicles along Lambton Quay to Willis Street and on to Mercer Street before arriving in Civic Square about 12.30pm.
There will be opportunities for the public to get autographs as the team members walk through Civic Square.
Then, once the team has assembled there will be a congratulatory speech from Mayor Wade-Brown.
