Kiwi poker player Shane Tamihana holds the chip lead over the remaining 19 players at the Sky City Festival of Poker Main Event at Auckland casino.
136 poker players put up $2,300 to enter New Zealand's biggest poker tournament which has generated a prizepool of $272,000.
After the completion of Day two today, Tamihana holds 485,000 in chips where the average for the remaining 19 players is 179,000.
The Main Event champion will take home $81,060 in prizemoney and the top 12 players will all make at least $4,620.
Play will resume in the Main Event for the third and final day at 12.15pm tomorrow.
