Rugby: Prop Schwalger back in Wellington and Hurricanes fold

Former All Blacks prop John Schwalger has signed to play for Wellington in this year's ITM Cup and will turn out for the Hurricanes next year.

Schwalger, who has played two tests for the All Blacks, has returned from French club Agen.

The 29-year-old has signed with Wellington for the next two seasons and also with the Hurricanes for two seasons.

Schwalger packed down against the current Hurricanes team at training today as they prepare for Friday night's match against the Brumbies in Canberra.
