The All Blacks Sevens have finished the IRB sevens series in style by claiming the London Sevens title overnight.

New Zealand beat Australia 47-12 in the final at Twickenham.

In winning their second Cup title of the season New Zealand lifted their 11th World Series title in 14 years and their first London Sevens title since 2007 at Twickenham.

Tim Mikkelson ended an impressive season with two tries and a selfless assist for Warwick Lahmert with the win secured.

New Zealand advanced to the final after a 7-0 semi-final win over Kenya and a 52-7 thrashing of Argentina in the quarter-finals.

Hosts England finished third while South Africa and Fiji failed to advance past the quarter-finals.
