There have been 147 tests played between New Zealand and Australia and 97 of those have been won by the All Blacks, with five draws, to give the All Blacks a 68 percent winning record against the Wallabies.

The All Blacks last played Australia in the semifinal of last year's Rugby World Cup, winning 20-6. The Wallabies won the last game played on Australia soil, with a 25-20 victory in Brisbane in August 2011.

Fifty test matches between New Zealand and Australia have been played in Sydney, and the last two games were very close affairs with the All Blacks winning by a solitary point in both 2009 (19-18) and 2010 (23-22).

The All Blacks' highest winning score against the Wallabies in Sydney came in 2003 when they won 50-21. The Wallabies have also had their highest winning score over the All Blacks in Sydney, with a 34-19 victory in 2008.

So far in 2012 the All Blacks have won all three of their test matches (v Ireland) scoring 15 tries in their tally of 124 points, while conceding just 29 points.

In contrast the Wallabies have won three of their four 2012 test matches (losing to Scotland) and have scored just five tries in their total of 78 points, while conceding 70.

Richie McCaw has had 21 wins over the Wallabies, which is a record for any rugby player against one nation.

Meanwhile, Nathan Sharpe is poised for the opposite record - he is tied with David Campese with the most losses by any player against any one nation, with a total of 18 losses to the All Blacks.

Richie McCaw and Ma'a Nonu (together with Ian Kirkpatrick, Christian Cullen and Doug Howlett), have scored the most test tries against Australia - eight each.

Adam Ashley-Cooper has scored six tries against the All Blacks, and is just two tries away from equalling David Campese's record for most tries against New Zealand.

Piri Weepu will join Jeff Wilson and Craig Dowd on 60 test matches if he gets off the bench this weekend.

Daniel Carter is the world's highest points scorer in Test rugby with 1284 points, and the highest points scorer against Australia with 270 points. Those points are made up from 3 tries, 39 conversions, 57 penalties and 2 drop goals.
