I get a discount for being on my own but no not really. This City Focus business, spending our money. And the cycleway. It's not planned or thought out. It would be all right if it made sense.

Never. I have property here and at Okere. At Okere we have what's called formed roads but they don't get service. Our understanding is they should be serviced. If they were I wouldn't mind paying my rates.
