They claim that the dress will not only be made of bones but will include make-up and accessories created from their gourmet barbecue sauces.
"We won't reveal the number of bones that it includes just yet," the company's CEO Lea Richards told E! Online but said that Gaga "would still be able to move in a normal fashion".
The VMAs will take place on August 28, but there is no confirmation yet if Gaga will take up the offer.
Meanwhile, Gaga has spoken about the death of Amy Winehouse during an interview with Carson Daly saying she was "really sad" and revealed that people used to mistake her for Amy earlier on in her career.
"I loved her and I just remember feeling like I wasn't alone because she was so different and she was so special," Gaga said.
"It's a lesson to the world: Don't kill the superstar. Take care of her. Take care of her soul."
