National's leadership change has not done much to boost the party's fortunes, says a National Business Review-Compaq poll.
The survey of 750 voters, taken soon after Bill English replaced Jenny Shipley, shows a small shift in National's support - up two points to 33 per cent.
Labour remained steady on 43 per cent. The Greens were on 8 per cent, Act 5.2 per cent, the Alliance 3.8 per cent and New Zealand First 3.6 per cent.
The poll has a margin of error of plus or minus 3.6 per cent.
