A father and daughter accused of assaulting a 12-year-old boy after he missed a rugby tackle at a match in west Auckland have pleaded not guilty.
Sione Vineula, 47, unemployed of Glendene and his daughter Tanya Vineula, a 19-year-old mother of Glendene, pleaded not guilty in the Waitakere District Court today to one charge each of assault.
The boy is Vineula's son and the brother of Tanya Vineula.
The pair were remanded on bail to appear again, separately, in May and June.
