Waikato police CIB staff are investigating outspoken Tribal Huk president Jamie Pink after an incident at the weekend.
However, exactly what that incident involved is not being revealed by Waikato police Senior Sergeant Andrew Mortimore.
Mortimore confirmed that police were called to an incident involving Pink on Saturday.
"That matter is under investigation."
However, when asked what occurred, Mortimore said no further details would be released at this stage and the matter was being dealt with between Pink and police.
Pink was in the Hamilton District Court last week facing two firearms charges after they were discovered in his bullet-ridden SUV.
Pink and his gang have been on a vigilante crusade to rid Ngaruawahia of methamphetamine [P] in recent months.
