Two lucky Lotto tickets have scooped $500,000 each in tonight's draw but the Powerball jackpot has rolled over to the weekend.
Two ticket holders -- from Auckland's North Shore and Lower Hutt -- will be celebrating a hot summer bonus after winning half a million dollars each with First Division.
The winning tickets were sold at Haywards Paper Power in Devonport and SuperValue Woburn in Lower Hutt.
Another lucky Auckland player pocketed $100,000 in Strike Four. The winning ticket was bought at Meadowlands Lotto near Howick.
Powerball was not struck, and will roll over to Saturday's draw, when the jackpot will be $5 million, Lotto New Zealand said.
