A 25-year-old man has been arrested in relation to the aggravated robbery of a Whangarei post office.
Police said the man was arrested after officers raided a Whangarei address this morning.
The Onerahi Post Shop was robbed last Tuesday by a gun-wielding man wearing black material over this face.
The 25-year-old is due to appear in the Whangarei District Court tomorrow.
Northland District criminal investigations manager Inspector Kevin Burke said police took such crimes seriously.
