One of the offenders was described as a Maori or Pacific Islander in his mid 20s, a solid build, medium height, short black afro hair, wearing dark-coloured jandals, a black t-shirt and shorts.
The second man, was also described as Maori of Pacific Islander, slim, in his mid 20s, tall, with dreadlocked or braided hair, wearing sunglasses and black canvas shoes.
The red sedan had a plastic strip around it, was in rough condition and the registration plate had a 'B' and a number '6' in it.
