About ENCompass Navigation Services:
ENCompass provides a Navigation Service for people and their families/whanau and are seeking to engage independent Contractors throughout all Northland areas who are interested in working on a fee for service basis.
About the Role:
It's about outcomes. You will be matched to work with individual people and their families/whanau to meet defined goals and outcomes within a specified timeframe, which may vary between 8 and 24 weeks. Over an average of 4 - 6 hours per week
(based on need), you will provide practical guidance and support and collaborate with people and families/whanau to:
plan a pathway to achieve agreed goals;
effectively engage with support services;
communicate, mediate, and resolve issues and concerns with service providers/agencies;
respond to barriers by finding solutions;
prioritise and plan for the future;
identify and strengthen natural supports and links to local communities.
Requirement:
You will have a relevant tertiary-level qualification in health or human services - e.g. nursing, social work, special education, or allied health roles such as occupational therapy, speech language therapy, physiotherapy, etc.
