Victoria Beckham, Christian Louboutin and Karl Lagerfeld are among the sartorial stars nominated in WGSN Global Fashion Awards 2013.
The event, at the Victoria & Albert Museum in west London, is designed to reward those individuals who "push the boundaries of fashion".
Beckham, 39, who won at last year's awards, is nominated in the team-design category for Victoria Beckham Denim, the jeans clothing line she launched in 2009.
Speaking to the New York Times at the launch of her autumn/winter collection, she said: "I have expanded the line to include more vintage washes, like the saturated deep indigo and the 70s blues.
"I just wanted to create beautiful clothes, good-quality clothes I wanted to wear myself."
Shoe-designer Christian Louboutin is also nominated in this year's WGSN awards, which will be judged by a panel of more than 50 judges.
Louboutin, 50, is nominated to be Best Footwear and Accessories Designer, competing against Sophie Hulme, Nicholas Kirkwood and Edgardo Osorio.
Cat Deeley, Brix Smith Start and Angela Scanlon were among the famous faces at the ceremony.
