Miranda Kerr says her body rewards her when she treats it well.

The Australian supermodel showed off her stunning figure by posting a photo of her performing a difficult yoga pose on the beach on Instagram recently. Kerr insists that the secret to her flawless complexion and honed physique is a healthy lifestyle.

"It's about a balance and making healthy choices when and where you can," she told ABC News in the US.

"If you can fill your body with the right food and nutrients, then your body will reward you."

Kerr is a staunch believer in organic products and has her own certified skincare line, featuring ingredients like rose hip oil, aloe vera and noni fruit.

The 30-year-old has been drinking noni - a fruit rich in vitamins and antioxidants - since she was a child and swears by its health-giving properties.

"Our skin is our largest organ, so why not feed it?" Kerr added.

After posting the photo of her doing yoga on the beach, Kerr has been inundated with questions about how fans can replicate her figure.

The former gymnast shared a few beauty tips to help other women look fabulous.

"Dry body brushing, KORA Organics citrus mist and, of course, a great razor," she said.

Kerr also spoke about her time with Victoria's Secret. Becoming an Angel catapulted the beauty into the global spotlight and while she has fond memories of her time with the underwear giants, she is happy to be entering a new chapter in her career.

"I'm not under contract with them anymore. We had such a wonderful relationship," she added, before explaining it was a mutual decision to sever ties.
