Serves 4

200g blueberries
1 Tbs manuka honey
2 Tbs rolled oats
2 tsp ground cardamom
Freshly squeezed orange juice
Cow, goat or rice milk

1 Put the berries, honey, oats and cardamom into a blender. Process until smooth.

2 Add enough orange juice and milk of your choice to reach the the desired consistency.
