Hamilton's leading a capella vocal group MineAccord (pictured) say they have another exciting programme to present at their September concert.
MineAccord will traverse the centuries and the continents to bring a wide range of music, from early European madrigals to Polynesian and African ethnic and some show songs. MineAccord, under conductor Clive Lamdin, have built up an enthusiastic following from their record of presenting great vocal music with spirit and style. For this concert MineAccord will be joined by guest artists The Hummingbirds from Waikato Diocesan School. The Hummingbirds have entranced audiences throughout the region since founder Gwen Lyon began presenting their unique vocal style 18 months ago.
The MineAccord concert, with The Hummingbirds, is on September 6 at 7.30pm in the Concert Chamber of The Academy of Performing Arts at the University of Waikato. Tickets at the Academy or from Ticketek.
