TIKI SINGLE VINEYARD MARLBOROUGH SAUVIGNON BLANC 2011, $24
Pungent, punchy passionfruit notes leap out of the glass and in the mouth it is racy, refreshing and has a juicy, tangy texture on the finish. Superb with roast chicken rubbed with chilli and lime. www.tikiwine.co.nz
TIKI CENTRAL OTAGO PINOT NOIR 2009, $35
Created from fruit grown by Sue McKean's father, Denis, on his Gibbston vineyard, this wine has real intensity on the nose. Dark plum and cherry merge with musky pot pourri, cinnamon and lush, earthy notes. In the mouth it's actually very soft, gentle even, and the tannins are smooth and juicy, making this a very easy pinot to drink. www.tikiwine.co.nz
