1. Frank's Sausages
Frank modestly claims to have redefined our love of sausages using premium free range meats. Preservative, additive and gluten-free, try his signature Italian-style, German thueringer or Swiss bratwursts and cervela. Available from Farro Fresh, Tauranga Farmers market or his website.

2. The Blackball Salami Company
Pat Kennedy's family butchery was one of the first in 1992 to bring back good European-style sausages. A range of more than 40 different products along with the flagship salami, naturally cured and wood smoked. Almost all products are MSG and gluten-free.
