Independent Newspapers Ltd yesterday revised up its offer price to buy additional shares in related company Sky Network Television.
INL said in a restricted transfer notice that it may pay between $3.35 and $4 a share from Tuesday, compared to a previous range set of $3.30 to $3.60. It said recently that it had planned to raise its holding in Sky TV to around 66.25 per cent from just under half through a combination of an on-market stand and a share swap with a key Sky shareholder, Todd Capital.
