Police inquiries into the murder of a Henderson sickness beneficiary have focused on a motor camp in West Auckland.
The body, found two weeks ago in the Waitakere Ranges, has been identified as 25-year-old Justin Robert Dyne.
Detective Senior Sergeant Mark Franklin says the inquiry is now focusing on Mr Dyne's associates at the Tui Glen Motor Camp where he lived.
He says while some of those people have moved on, police believe they can trace them.
Mr Franklin says finally managing to identify the body through a fingerprint match has been a major boost to the inquiry.
He says police now have several tangible leads in the case.
