Tour News: Gary Numan plots one-off NZ show

Trent Reznor called him "vitally important and a huge inspiration", while Prince said, "Replicas never left my turntable ... there are people still trying to work out what a genius he was."

Even our favourite egomaniac, Kanye West, has credited him for making him a better musician.

Yes, Gary Numan is truly a legacy artist, and yet he's still releasing new albums, most recently Splinter (2013), which he returns to present to Auckland this May in what is likely to be another not-to-be-missed show.

He'll be performing at The Studio in Auckland on Friday, May 23 before he heads to Australia, and promises plenty of hits from the back catalogue (Cars included) as well as recent crowd-pleasers like The Fall and A Prayer For The Unborn.

Tickets are available now through the venue, or at metropolistouring.com.
