Wanganui Collegiate 1st XV rode their forward packs' domination to a 64-5 thumping of St John's College in Wanganui on Saturday.
Their second win in the Central North Island 1st XV competition could not have been more emphatic as 10 tries were spread amongst the squad, with Steve Perofeta convertingseven of them.
"The first half effort was really good good discipline and running lines," said coach Guy Lennox.
"It was mainly through forward domination, we won a lot of their lineouts and controlled the scrum.
"For the Central North Island competition, that's a great result, considering they beat us last year."
