This evening's TAB Quaddie at the Hatrick Raceway presents a fair challenge, as usual.

Here is a rundown on some of the leading prospects for it, commencing on Race Nine (8.35pm).

Eureka Izmir is a recently downgraded open class sprinter who gains the draw advantage in this sprint, after being allocated the one trap to exit from.

Starla is escaping from those open class ranks here. She has been known to take a flyer at trap rise and she can lead this field throughout by doing so.

Visionary Man is also easing back in class. He was last presented over 305m on November 1.

He has been known to deliver a sharp sprint while in a fresh state in the past.

Opawa Sacha has won a lower graded sprint here by pinging away smartly from the traps. She could be tough to peg back if she adopts similar tactics.

It is the C4 graded chasers who will contest the second leg over 520m. What's Up Gee has been delivering competitive races against the open class chasers lately.

Phone Tap will appreciate drawing alongside the rail, while Boston Chanel is likely to be sighted doing her best work at the business end.

Red Crystal brings vast racing experience into this event.

The locally prepared Tifino is stepping up in class here. That was a stylish lower grade 520m win he delivered at Hatrick last Friday.

On to the third leg, where Nitro Luis will be loaded away into the one trap. He owns the ability to lead his rivals all the way from that desired trap.

Sir Richie keeps on producing competitive sprints at the top level. Similar is expected from this consistent sprinter. Kennel mate Armed Forces won well enough over this dash last Friday to suggest that he can serve up a repeat dose here.

Stellar Force has been known to begin sharply and she can prove tough to peg back if she is sighted in an early pace-making role here.

Cosmic Fury appeals as a solid looking prospect to take out the final leg. He has been treated kindly by the box draw after having been allocated the one trap.

Others who could feature, if Cosmic Fury makes an early mistake, are Emma Marie and Tepirita Rita, while consider Secret Star as the potential upset sprinter.
