Bulls teenager Riley Campbell continued his hot form to win the 125cc class title for his age group at the 56th annual New Zealand Motocross Grand Prix at Woodville on the weekend.
Campbell's victory in the 15-16 year group held Taihape's Hayden Smith in second place, with Napier's Jacob Bealcoming third.
Both Campbell with 65 points and Smith with 63 were riding KTM's, while Beal was on a Yamaha with his 62 points.
Campbell, a Year 12 student at Feilding High School, had emerged as a favourite after winning the junior race at the King of the Mountain motocross in Taranaki the previous weekend.
Australian Dean Ferris won the most prestigious silverware, as the Yamaha rider clinched the Senior Feature Race trophy at the Honda-sponsored event for a second consecutive season.
