It's time for around 500 battlers and their supporters to dash through the water and the squelch at the Shelter View Jetsprint Park as the fourth annual McDonald's Mud Muster gets underway tomorrow morning.
This will be the second time Sport Whanganui's race day has been held at Upokongaro after
the first two editions were at the Rangitikei Farmstay.
As well as mud and wet, expect obstacles to clamber over for both adults and school students, with individual and team racing being a feature this year across 3km, 5km and 10km courses.
Sign in time will be between 8.30-9.45am, with the first race starting at 10am
