The sharp greyhound Mammy Brown can make her return to Hatrick this evening a winning one, after she was bravely eliminated from the Auckland Cup series at the semifinal stage.

She has been kindly treated by the box-draw (two) in Race 10 from where she is talented enough to lead her rivals throughout.

Her kennelmates Ritza Jack and Graduation loom as her biggest dangers.

Ritza Jack is also returning from his Auckland assignments and he has a powerful finish.

Graduation has been engaged in some torrid recent Manawatu Raceway 457m races, where he has prevailed by narrow margins.

The locally trained Tifino faces his toughest career test in this event, making his open class debut.

He has stylishly attained his new status by delivering tidy 520m lower grade wins.

The open class 520m event is the second leg of this evening's TAB Quaddie, which starts on the proceeding race.

Sir Richie has solid claims in this dash from the two trap. His consistent recent sprints can be rewarded with victory this evening.

Others to consider include Popsome Tags, who has been sprinting in Auckland lately.

He has sound swooping claims from trap eight here. Consider Armed Forces, along with Tepirita Rita as the back up Quaddie contenders.

The final two Quaddie legs (races 11 and 12) are rather open-looking 310m C4 sprints, where downgrading open class sprinters hold claims.

Waterbug, who is easing back in class, hasn't been raced since November.

She has sprinted up nicely while in a fresh state before. Ruapehu holds the draw advantage here after being allocated the ace trap to leap from.

Exponential Lily is dropping back in class and a quick form turnaround here wouldn't surprise owing to that.

Stiff Drink has been delivering consistent recent sprints, while Visionary Man is a likely improver following his brave fresh-up sprint here last Friday.

Rosemore Osti is benefiting from an easing in class after her last Auckland 318m miss.

She has beaten better fields in the past, than the one she meets in the last race.

Ngauruhoe can make his presence felt from trap one here, while upset claims can be made for the widely drawn pair of Opawa Sacha and Slangevar.

Keep the reserve Emma Marie with respect if she gains a race start in either of the last two races.

She is likely to enjoy the easing in class she will receive if she's required.
