The Castlecliff ladies team made it two wins in a row when they took out the Manawatu-Wanganui District competition of the National Team's Tournament on Friday.
Each club in the wider region had a qualifying day to get a four-player team into the tournament.
The format for today's tournament was4BBB in pairs, and Castlecliff's combined score of 129 (17 under par) was good enough to win by eight strokes ahead of runnersup Marton and Pahiatua (both 137).
The winners will now await the final results from the other district winners across the country to see if their combined score wins the overall NZ title.
