Last Friday's Wanganui TAB Quaddie paid a huge $5199 which was set up by a $24.50 win dividend in the first leg.

Here's a rundown on some of the leading contenders in tonight's Quaddie at the Hatrick Raceway, which as usual commences on Race 9 (8.05pm).

Belkara receives every opportunity to gain a deserved win from her handy draw.

Vicki's Quest has recently dropped back in class and she has also drawn to make her presence felt after her luckless sprint here last Friday.

Both Homebush Sarge and Red Crystal produced competitive sprints last week and either of them could nab the thick end of the stake, if they can gain clear early racing room from their tricky draws.

Leg 2 is a 520m event which includes some open class greyhounds.

Mammy Brown is known for her early pace as was seen by her free-wheeling victory in last week's version of this race.

On paper she looms as a potential Quaddie anchor here.

Ate To Much is a much better chaser than what his current form line reflects.

He has surprisingly peaked on his gallop over the later stages in his recent assignments. Allow him another chance here.

Graduation is the only other runner in this field who holds an open class grading so must be considered, while kennel mate What's Up Gee was gallant in leading the vain chase after Mammy Brown last week.

In leg 3 Sir Richie can add to his last pair of stylish 305m wins on this track.

Kennel mate Cosmic Fury has drawn to go one better than his bold second placing in Palmerston North on Monday.

He was sighted putting in some big late bounds there.

Rosemore Osti defied her known liking for racing along the rail by pinging away smartly from box 6 to lead her rivals throughout last week.

She must adopt that same healthy racing habit from the 7 trap tonight.

After recent poor draws, Eureka Izmir finally secures a draw closer to the rail which he can use to his advantage.

Fiery Dancer will be seeking revenge for her luckless sprint last Friday. She was pushing forward toward the lead when her hinds paws were clipped from behind, resulting in her losing momentum.

Uno Allegro has struck recent early traffic problems and has drawn to feature here.

Consider Leadfoot Lenny as the possible Quaddie blowout, while Opawa Sister has drawn to sneak along the rail.
