Whanganui Police are seeking the public's help to locate 29-year-old Tui Shane Hoani Rippon.
Rippon, who has a warrant to arrest, has family in the Whanganui and South Taranaki areas and is believed to be regularly travelling between the two areas.
Police say Rippon is dangerous and should not beapproached by the public.
