Emergency services were called to a single-vehicle accident on Weraroa Rd in Waverley just after 9pm yesterday.
The vehicle was reported to have rolled, and the road was initially blocked in both directions.
Two people were transported to hospital in a serious condition and another two with moderate injuries.
