The biennial New Zealand Association of Registered Hairdressers awards held at the St Johns Club in Glasgow St on Sunday was a dazzling affair.
The competitions were open to Whanganui and Palmerston North hairdressers who are members of NZARH and there were new generation stylist and senior categories in eachevent which included cutting, styling, hair by night, colouring, barbering and make-up.
