The 26-year-old man was killed on Saturday evening after his car rolled on Spooners Hill near Taihape. Photo / Bevan Conley

Police have now named the 26-year-old man who died in a single-vehicle crash on Spooners Hill near Taihape.

He is Rhys Jensen of Ngamahanga in Rangitikei District.

Jensen died after the car he was driving rolled on Saturday, July 4.

A Police spokesman said their thoughts are with his family at this difficult time.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
