The occupants of a car which overshot an intersection and mounted a grass verge near railway tracks in Whanganui's Heads Rd were gone by the time police arrived.
The accident happened around 12pm on Saturday. The car had gone through the Abbott St/Heads Rd intersection, Whanganui Sergeant Kevin Smith said.
